We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please email support@zoeandbella.co with your order number before sending anything back. Our team will provide the return instructions and address.
Return postage costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return costs.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund is processed within 10 working days, to your original payment method.

Yes. We currently only deliver to the U.K.

Shipping time: 6–10 working days (Monday–Friday)
Total delivery time: approx. 7–13 working days from date of purchase.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Just email support@zoeandbella.co with your order number. After dispatch we're unable to cancel, but you're welcome to return your item once it arrives.
